Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the complimentary prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Await Quality Inspection

  Once received at our atelier, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
